You can create a territory that includes only override accounts by selecting unassigned accounts on the map and creating a new territory. This means that the territory will not have any base rules and will be defined by override rules only.

  2. Click the Territory view.

  3. On the battle card canvas, select the battle card that you want to add territories to using the map.

  4. In the data tray, click the Territory definition tab.

  5. Switch the toggle from View grid to View map to open the map view.

  6. Select the Account view from the dropdown menu on the top-left corner of the map.

This lets you select individual accounts.

  7. Select accounts that are not assigned to an existing territory.

  8. Click +Create new territory.

  9. Enter a territory group, territory ID and territory name.

    Note

The territory ID must be unique within the current planning cycle.

The accounts will be assigned a color indicating that they are now part of a newly created territory. You can view the new territory in the rule builder as well.
