Unassigning accounts on the map (removing overrides)

You can remove an override rule from an account. This means that the account is no longer an override account and will instead be moved back to the territory where it meets the base rule criteria. For example, if you added an override rule in your New York territory to include an account located in California, you could find that California-based account on the map and remove the override rule. This means that California account would move out of the New York territory and back into the California territory that has base rules to include it.

  1. On the Planning cycles home page, click the planning cycle to open.

  2. Click the Territory view.

  3. On the battle card canvas, select a battle card.

  4. In the data tray, click the Territory definition tab.

  5. Switch the toggle from View grid to View map to open the map view.

  6. Select Account from the drop down menu on the top left corner of the map. This activates your pins on the map.
