Cancelling a quota workflow (administrators)
When the workflow progress reaches 100%, meaning that all contributors and the administrator have reviewed and approved quota, the administrator can cancel the workflow. This revokes contributor access.
On the Planning cycles home page, click the planning cycle to open.
Click the Quota view.
On the root battle card, click Quota workflow.
Click Cancel workflow
.This ends the workflow and revokes contributor access. Contributors will no longer be able to view the planning cycle.
