Editing account effective dates

You can edit your account effective dates to change when your account moves take effect. For example, if a seller departs on leave a month earlier than expected, you can change the start date of a scheduled move to reflect this change.

  1. On the Planning cycles home page, click the planning cycle to open.

  2. Click the Manage tab to open the manage version of the planning cycle.

  3. On the battle card canvas, select the battle card that contains the accounts you want to edit.

  4. In the data tray, click the Account quota tab.

  5. Double-click in the Effective date column for the account row that you want to edit.

  6. Add or edit the start and end dates as needed.

  7. Click anywhere outside of the account row to exit edit mode and save your changes.
