Viewing seller quota gaps

In the manage version of you planning cycle, you can view gaps between your revised territory quota and assigned seller quota. This gives you the information you need to adjust your quotas and make sure that your sellers are assigned reasonable quota targets.

  1. On the Planning cycles home page, click the planning cycle to open.

  2. Click the Manage tab to open the manage version of the planning cycle.

  3. On the battle card canvas, click Manage on the battle card to view.

    This opens the pills canvas, which gives you a view of your battle card structure.

  4. Click the top-level pill (representing the battle card).

    A summary displays on the right-side panel showing you the business target, the revised territory quota, and the gap between the two. It also shows the revised territory quota, assigned seller quota, and the gap between the two.

    Note

    The summary is the same whether you have the Territory quota or Seller quota tabs selected in the data tray.

  5. Click a lower level pill (representing a territory group type or territory group).

  6. Make quota adjustments as needed to close these gaps and meet your targets.
