Seller quota sheet

The Seller quota sheet contains information about your seller assignments and seller quotas. By default, it includes the following built-in fields:

Description

Territory ID

This field contains the unique ID of your territory.

Territory name

This field contains the name of your territory.

Revised territory quota

This field shows total quota allocated to your territory after adjustments. It is copied over from the Territory quota sheet.

Sellers

This field lets you apply a seasonality schedule to your territory. Use seasonality schedules to divide quota across your planning cycle based on seasonal trends.

Assignment %

This is an input field where you can enter the percent of the territory quota that a seller is responsible for.

Seller effective dates

This field lets you choose the date range during which time your seller assignment is effective. Some seller assignments may start or end before the start or end of the planning cycle, depending on seller availability and turnover.

Ramp

This field lets you apply a ramp schedule to your seller. Use ramp schedules to onboard your sellers and ramp them up to full productivity.

Seller quota adjustment

This is an input field where you can manually enter quota adjustments. If you want to increase or decrease the quota assigned to a seller, you can type in a value to increase or decrease by that amount (enter a negative number to decrease).

Assigned seller quota

This field calculates the total quota assigned to a seller based on the assignment %, ramp schedule, and seller quota adjustments.
