Deleting scheduled account moves
You can delete your scheduled account moves.
On the Planning cycles home page, click the planning cycle to open.
Click the Manage tab to open the manage version of the planning cycle.
On the battle card canvas, select the battle card that contains the accounts you want to move.
In the data tray, click the Account quota tab.
Find the account that has a move scheduled and click the downward arrow to expand items in Current territory column.
Select the territory for which a move was scheduled for this account.
Select Delete scheduled move?
On the dialogue box, make appropriate selections so that your account does not remain unassigned from a territory for any time period. You can select:
Adjust the end date of the previous account move
Move the account back to the original territory
Click Delete.
