Adding sellers

You can add seller to your territories at any point throughout your planning cycle.

  1. On the Planning cycles home page, click the planning cycle to open.

  2. Click the Manage tab to open the manage version of the planning cycle.

  3. On the battle card canvas, select a battle card.

  4. In the data tray, click the Seller quota tab.

  5. In the Sellers column, click the Add seller icon add--alt.png in the territory row where you want to assign a seller.

    Warning

    You can only add up to 10 sellers.

  6. Select a seller from the drop-down menu.

    Tip

    Use the search bar to filter the list of sellers.

  7. Double-click anywhere in the territory row to edit.

  8. Enter an assignment percent for your seller.

  9. Select a start and end date for when this seller assignment is effective.

    For example, you can set a date in the future for a new hire that hasn't started yet. If you don't select effective dates, we use the start and end date of you planning cycle by default.

  10. Click anywhere outside of the territory row to exit edit mode and save your changes.

  11. If you've added more than one seller assignment to a territory, click the expand icon chevron--right.png at the start of the territory row to view all assignments for that territory.
