Managing scenarios

You can view and perform important actions for your scenarios such as copy, delete, rename etc, all from one place using the Manage scenarios option. To manage scenarios:

  1. One the Planning cycles homepage, select an existing planning cycle.

  2. On the top of the planning cycle page, click on the drop down beside the current scenario name.

  3. Select Mange scenario from the drop down menu.

  4. In the Manage scenarios pop-up page, you can carry out the following functions:

    • Launch a scenario from the list of published and unpublished scenarios

    • Sort unpublished scenarios

    • Open the more options menu beside each scenario to perform the following actions:

      • Make a copy

      • Compare

      • Rename

      • Publish (for unpublished scenarios)

      • Activate scenario

      • Delete

    • Create a new scenario
