Managing territories on the map

On the Geographies map and the Customer accounts map, when you choose the Territory option, the map lets you select only your existing territories. This means that when you select a region or an account, we'll highlight and select all regions or accounts contained within the territory. You also have the option to isolate or delete the selected territory or clear your selection to start over with a new selection.

If you added your territories using the territory builder or by importing a territory rules file, you can still view these territories on the map. Though, keep in mind, not all rules are able to display. By default, we display territories with rules based on the Geographies hierarchy. We can also show you the accounts within the territory, including override accounts. Territories with rules based on another hierarchy, like those added specifically for your organization, are considered complex rules.
