Managing territories on the map

When you select the Territory option, the map lets you select only your existing territories. This means that when you select a region on the map, we'll highlight and select all regions contained within the territory. You also have the option to delete the territory or clear your selection to start over with a new selection.

If you added your territories using the territory builder or by importing a territory rules file, you can still view these territories on the map. Though, keep in mind, not all rules are able to display. By default, we display territories with rules based on the Geographies hierarchy. We can also show you the accounts within the territory, including override accounts. Territories with rules based on another hierarchy, like those added specifically for your organization, are considered complex rules.
